Returns & Exchanges

At REIM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade leather belt. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may return or exchange your belt within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us by email at contact@reimleather.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed, including the return shipping address.

3. Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? No problem. We offer free exchanges for incorrect sizes on orders shipped within Europe. Simply contact us and we will send you the correct size as soon as we receive the original belt back. For international exchanges (outside Europe), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs; however, we will ship the replacement belt free of charge.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

For standard returns (not exchanges), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. REIM is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

If your belt arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@reimleather.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange an immediate replacement at no cost to you, including free return shipping for the damaged item. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and will always make it right.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate.
