Shipping Policy

At REIM, every belt is handmade to order in our workshop in Norway. We take pride in crafting each piece individually before shipping it directly to you. Below you will find all the details about our production times, shipping destinations, and delivery estimates.
1. Production Time
Because each belt is made to order, please allow 1-2 business days for production before your order is shipped. During busy periods (such as holidays), production may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Delivery times below are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch (after production is complete):
- Norway: 2-3 business days — Free shipping
- Scandinavia (Denmark, Sweden, Finland): 3-4 business days — Free shipping
- Europe: 4-5 business days — Free shipping
- International (United States, Canada, Australia, and other countries): 7-9 business days — Flat rate €15
Total time from placing your order to receiving your belt is typically 3-11 business days, depending on your location.
3. Order Tracking
Tracking is provided for all orders. Once your belt has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Order page.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within Europe (including Norway, Scandinavia, and the rest of Europe). For international orders outside of Europe, a flat shipping rate of €15 applies regardless of the number of items in your order.
5. Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable charges before placing your order.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 2-3 business days before contacting us, as occasional delays can occur with postal services. If your package appears lost or has not been delivered within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. REIM is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
